It was first trip to Cappadocia for our family, and it started by check-in to this hotel. Thanks to it, our journey started great! Perfect service, rooms are clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and nice, always helped when we needed something. Also i would like to highlight the administrator separately, very kindly, hospitable and pleasant person. The restaurant on the territory of the hotel was good as well. Prices are affordable, food is very tasty and service at a high level. The waiter was very polite and respectful. The appearance of the hotel is a separate form of art! Room numbers exactly in a mountain, and a view is very beautiful. So this place is incredible and i want to say words of gratitude to this hotel and its staff. I definitely recommend this place to stay to everyone.

Nice stay in Seraphim Cave hotel and sight seeing in Cappadocia

A very nice stay in this Cave hotel. Spacious room, quiet place and very friendly staffs especially the reception team, very professional and thoughtful. My wife and myself are frequent travellers experiencing high class services all around the world. But their service here from the reception team is just excellent. If breakfast can be changed more or less daily that would be perfect. Unfortunately having same set foods every morning for four nights is just not funny and unacceptable at all for this middle class ( between 3 1/2 & 4 Stars) hotel and for the rates we paid. For a short stay less than three nights is acceptable. For longer stay than 3 nights I would not recommend this hotel due to their breakfast. Otherwise it is an excellent hotel in terms of professionality and the hotel itself, nice surrounding and less crowded.

The best hotel experience ever, by far.

We've travelled a lot as a family and this was the best hotel experience we've ever had. Everything was perfect. Fantastic staff that felt like family. Extremely clean rooms. Amazing food. The hotel is very photogenic and every single corner is beautiful whether on photos or in real life. This is the first time a hotel exceeds the expectations! If I could give the hotel 11 out of 10, I would.

Wonderful visit to the Seraphim Cave Hotel

My wife and I stayed at the Seraphim Cave hotel in June 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in the lovely little village of Mustafapasa in Cappadocia, and a short drive to all the major sights. The hotel itself is a beautiful jewel of a property. One could be forgiven for thinking they had woken up inside of a lovely dream because the property is so beautiful, serene, and peaceful. Our room was charming, well equipped, and clean. They have managed to take advantage of the ancient cave dwellings and add to them in such a way as to create a kind of mystical quality in the place, such that you don't want to leave. Its beautiful in the daylight but at dusk it becomes magical. The breakfast and food overall is quite good. All of the staff were helpful, accommodating, and kind. We want to mention Huseyin, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay, and helping us with so many things - he is a kind and thoughtful soul. We also want to thank Mustapha and Dila, who similarly made us feel cared for and comfortable. We didn't want to leave the Seraphim and hope to be back in Cappadocia, just to visit the Seraphim. I'm sorry for not remembering the names of the other staff because the are all great. Such a beautiful place and people.
