Good experience but needs lots of improvement
8.0Location is fine, provided you use the metro station which is connected to the hotel. Room is big, clean and well decorated and the balcony is a big plus. The bed is wonderful. Fresh drinking water is provided in a daily basis. Staff is very helpful and polite.
− The balcony is not well maintained and it has no roof, so when it rains - which is quite frequent - the whole place becomes really messy. The main downside is the sewage system. An awful smell comes from the bathtub, especially in early morning, which is unacceptable for a five star hotel.
