10.0It was a lovely space to stay. Very different, and a lot of thought and effort has clearly gone into making the space as accommodating as it was.
Nice guest house but way too expensive

− Ridiculously expensive considering there was absolutely no house keeping. Breakfast was the absolute bare minimum
A most enjoyable stay in a warm, stylish and accommodating venue which is close to the city centre.
8.0Breakfast was very good but the same every day. More variety would be good. The electric blanket was a good feature. Furnishings and aesthetic elements were terrific. The house itself is magnificent and the location is excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

9.0The Florance is a beautiful building located opposite the park, it is a close walk to everything and great restaurants. The breakfast was fabulous, we really couldn't fault anything.

10.0This charming property has been beautifully renovated and makes for perfect accommodation when visiting Launceston. Comfortable and clean with wonderful facilities. Great location, just a short walk into city centre, and opposite the stunning City Park. Host Kate was lovely and staff incredibly attentive - a beautiful breakfast in the Conservatory a special touch.

10.0We had a fantastic stay at The Florance! The guest house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable. Its great location made it the perfect base for our visit. We enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep, followed by a delicious breakfast served with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff made us feel so well looked after from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend staying at The Florance. We look forward to returning!
