Guest review
9.0Tolle Lage, fairer Preis, gute Ausstattung.
Trotzdem: Klare Empfehlung.
Very disappointing
2.0The decor was nice in the bedrooms and the location was close to the Arsenale vaporetto stop. There is a good amount of space in the rooms.
− The apartment is in a state of disrepair. Photos on listing must have been from years ago. There is damp and plaster falling off the walls. Listing states hot tub, but there is no hot tub. Only a bath tub. I specifically booked for this feature. Furniture is old and scratched up. Some dishes were dirty. Bed has a dip on one side and is very uncomfortable and hard. AC in bedroom not working and it was very hot. AC kept going off an on on its own in living room too. Host offered to look at AC but it was too late by then and I was going to be out all day, so I made do with the one in the living room. Was given wrong address for check in and had to drag heavy bags in the heat to another location (host claims this is an issue with Booking, but he texted me to come and check in early and could have given me the correct address before I arrived). When arrived, there was a huge mirror blocking access to the kitchen. I asked to be informed when someone could come in to fix it and received no notification. Instead they accessed the apartment without permission to fix it, which I discovered on my return that night. As a single woman traveling alone, this did not make me comfortable. I am also a host and would never enter a property without guest approval. Not exactly a "city view" either, just views of other buildings. I wish I had read an honest review like this before booking. Very overpriced. Hope the host cleans up the place and amends the listing with accurate photos and facilities.
Super appartement,super quartier,beau,calme et pratique.A recommander!
