7.0Il personale super gentile e premuroso. L’accesso gratuito a palestra, piscina interna e parcheggio sotterraneo. La disponibilità del servizio spiaggia incluso è un punto di forza della struttura. Consiglierei però di migliorare la cura estetica dell’area, valutando la sistemazione degli accumuli di ghiaia presenti, al fine di rendere la spiaggia più accogliente e piacevole per gli ospiti. Un possibile miglioramento potrebbe essere anche l’inserimento di una piscina esterna al resort, vista l’ampiezza degli spazi disponibili. Questo servizio potrebbe essere un importante elemento di valorizzazione della struttura e potrebbe incrementare il gradimento degli ospiti.
− Considerato che è un hotel 4 stelle, consiglio di dare in dotazione qualche prodotto di cortesia in più nel bagno in camera. Attualmente per l’igiene personale c’è un unico dispenser a parete per le mani e all’interno della doccia.
