10.0Amazing staff from the moment we got there and no matter who it was, the service was impeccable. The restaurants the recommended also great. Location was the best I’ve stayed at, as it just catered for all our needs. Will definitely be returning which we rarely do but this place is worth it

9.0The staff are very friendly the breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful! We loved the little touches and even had a birthday cake for my partners 40th. Very comfortable bed, very clean. Its central to everything, so going out and walking around the little streets is wonderful. I would highly recommend.
− Can be a little noisy from other people, the lift that's outside the room, not ideal for light sleepers, but no noise from outside!

10.0The rooms were extremely clean & comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of sorrento. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the hotels own restaurant ‘La Cazzarola’ the staff were wonderful and the food amazing. Will definitely return!
Best hotel in Sorrento!
10.0We stayed here on our honeymoon and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. They surprised us with prosecco and cake to help us celebrate, and every morning we were treated to an incredible breakfast and delicious coffees, all served with such genuine warmth and care which was all included in the cost of our room. The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the heart of Sorrento. You step outside straight into the centre of everything, yet the rooms are spacious, peaceful, and wonderfully quiet. A gorgeous Italian sandwich deli just next door which sell beautiful sandwiches, and a gelato store 2 seconds away which you get a free voucher for! As a boutique hotel with only a handful of rooms, it has such an intimate, relaxed atmosphere that made us feel completely at home and very safe throughout our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.
