A nice surprise find, one of the best overnight stays I have had In Albany
9.0Stunning views overlooking the Bay, Heated blankets were great in winter !! The outdoor BBQ and fire area would have been lovely if we had been staying longer. The shower was amazing :-)
− A little noisy from the trucks running on the Port rd, this soon died down later in the day.
Well suited for my requirements - short stay, comfortable, clean room, close to town, pleasant and helpful hostess,
8.0It had stunning bay views and the hostess, Catherine, was very helpful and friendly. Extremely well positioned, only a couple of minutes drive from the town centre. The room was clean, comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely, large shower enclosure. Sachets of tea, coffee and sugar were provided as well as a kettle. A nice touch was a little box of chocolates on arrival as well as a mini fridge stocked with different milks and a few cans of flavoured sparkling water. Perfectly suited for my short stay of 4 nights.
− The very steep driveway prevented me from walking into town instead of driving. I was fearful of slipping/falling when walking down the driveway as there is nothing to hold onto. A microwave was situated outside in the open little undercover area and, because of the inclement winter weather, I found it too cold to go outside and use it. Fine for warmer weather ‘though.

9.0Beautiful view! Loved the outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Lovely touch to have chocolates on arrival. The host was exceptional in making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant and coffee shop recommendations were excellent too! Thank you for a great stay!

− The railway was very close and could disturb sleep in the early hours of the morning.
We only had a quick 2 night stay but found this a great location that was close to everything we needed
