8.0Generally it was a good experience. We stayed in COVID-19 period, so many services like spa were unfortunately not available.

6.0Very disappointed. Dirty room. Inexperienced staff. Mold all over bathroom ceiling and in shower.

8.0Staff was very nice. Beds were pretty uncomfortable since they moved easily (kosher twin beds). Heating wasn't strong enough for the weather. Breakfast was pretty good.

8.0The maintenance is not so good in the rooms and the public areas. An improvement can add a lot to the stay experience
