9.0Great location - super close to town and about 20 mins walk to Vic Falls Lovely friendly staff Great chill out areas Lovely bar - I stayed midweek and pretty quiet in the evenings Food was decent, expensive but all of Vic Falls is Warm showers
− Mattresses on beds could be better. Either really thin or a dip in the middle. Still slept fine though

10.0The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Although it was cold, the pool looked inviting and was clean. The music wasn’t too loud for those who slept in tents. Good music, good good and good people.
− The aircon was not working in the family room.

10.0Breakfast cost half as much as the room! No kitchen, very strange for a backpackerʻs. Wi-Fi was good, but it didn’t reach the dorm rooms, you have to go into the area open to the public. Loved the grounds and the location near the falls.

− My personal dorm provided no light, no shelves, no outlet for charging my phone that was operable ... and the only fries offered in the kitchen were not shoestrings ... also had several minor errors in meals ordered, the most significant being the cheese i had to scrape off my "ham"burger
