Extremely disappointing experience.

− The room had a serious bed bug infestation. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of response from the reception staff. They neither acknowledged the issue nor showed any willingness to address it. Ironically, the housekeeping staff who came to the room openly admitted that there was an ongoing bed bug problem and mentioned that the reception and owners were not responsive to complaints about it. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that has such positive reviews online. Guests should not have to deal with hygiene issues of this magnitude, and the management’s indifference makes the experience even worse. I am attaching photos of the bed bugs so that prospective guests can make an informed decision before booking. I will never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
