This resort was fantastic! The staff was amazing as was the owner Lynn - they were all on top of their game and very accommodating at all times! There were 13 of us traveling together from the US with others coming from England and Spain joining us and it was an amazing trip. Lynn provided us guides (Nick and Sarah) to show us around Portugal and Nick and Sarah were great and even had their son join us to help us navigate the language when ordering food at the "fesha" (sp). The resort was clean, the food was great, the rooms were super cute and you could walk to the beach and little shops and amazing restaurants on the beach!! Highly recommend!!! (Sorry I don't take much pictures when out, having too much fun).

Fabulous hotel

The perfect place for our family holiday , 22 of us made to feel so welcome into this beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms all with ensuite, the food was incredible and the staff looked after us with just the right amount of friendliness and professionalism, their attention to detail was second to none and we felt they really did want us to have a great holiday. The poolside bar was open everyday from 12pm to midnight serving drinks and bar snacks.The large gardens and pool area were well kept and any transport we needed was organised for us efficiently and quickly. We were sad to leave this wonderful hotel (which we had exclusively for us) and all the lovely staff who made it so special. We can highly recommend The silver seahorse and we will definitely be returning.

Amazing find of a hotel.

I don’t often write reviews but in this case I just had to make an exception. This hotel is fantastic. Immaculately spotless. It is just so relaxing . The staff also go above and beyond to accommodate your every need. Talk about going the extra mile . That’s the staff here. Food was amazing . Only 10 minutes max walk to beautiful sandy beach and great restaurants and bars. If you’re looking for a great relaxing homely place then do not hesitate to book. Silver Seahorse is a gem of a find.

Breakfast was relaxed and everything you could possibly wish for was beautifully presented . Hotel is spotless with crisp white sheets and the choice of four different types of pillows . Then lots of activities nearby what’s not to like . I look forward to my next visit !

Luxury family home from home feeling

You feel like family there. It has delicious varied food non stop tasty cocktails and relaxed atmosphere - everyone is very welcoming and accommodating. It's the perfect size to be chilled out and known as an individual and its location is 5 minute walk to the beach.

This is a truly delightful hotel. Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The owners Lynn and Grace are the epitome of first class service, nothing is too much trouble. The food prepared by chef Christina is superb too and especially the king prawns in garlic! Would 100% recommend as it is just round the corner from the beach and there are plenty of sports and sight seeing trips within easy drive.
