10.0El personal sumamente educado. Las habitaciones están renovadas y la zona es tranquila y cerca del centro pero sin ruidos.
− La cama algo dura, pero es cuestión de gustos. Hay que reservar con tiempo para conseguir un precio razonable.

10.0Het hotel lag dicht bij waar ik moest zijn, groot metrostation in de buurt en op loopafstand van het park en leuke kroegjes en winkeltjes. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, alles verliep zeer soepel. Simpele maar schone en ruime kamer.
Good location and spacious, clean room
8.0The hotel is in a good location, about 20 minutes on foot or by public transport from the busiest areas of the inner city like Gran Via or Palacio Real. It's near plenty of bakeries, lunch rooms, restaurants and cafes. Area felt generally safe, also at night. Bus and metro stops are within walking distance (but not too close by that it's noisy). The room was very spacious, decently clean, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed. Had a room facing the inner yard so did not hear any traffic noise even though the hotel is on a quite busy road.
− While the room was facing the inner yard - which thankfully prevented the traffic noise - the rooms are not completely soundproofed from noise from other rooms, the stairwell or from the inner yard. The hotel was not too busy during my stay, so it was mostly quiet, especially during the night. However, I got woken up pretty early on 2 mornings by walking noises from the room above mine, and from noises from the inner yard, probably garbage collection. I recommend good earplugs if you're a light sleeper and want to sleep in. Otherwise I had decent rest. Furthermore, one of the staff members at the reception came across as a bit unwelcoming and terse, giving the bare minimum in information. Nothing too bad, but could be improved.

10.0A nossa estadia foi perfeita! A acomodação tem tamanho ideal, é confortável, muito limpa e moderna. O que mais gostei foi o silêncio para dormir e a localização a poucos metros de pontos de ônibus e metrô.
