9.0Dinner and breakfast were lovely. We had room 10 at the top of the hotel. Granted our stay coincided with an extremely hot day it would have been a kindness if in early morning the windows had been opened and the fan turned on. When Tv was difficult to navigate we arrived at 4pm it was 33 degrees in the room and impossible to be in.

− No common area/lobby. It felt like they’ve turned what was a common area into part of the restaurant with more tables. No place to enjoy the area, building or setting with dinning.

10.0Great place! We’ve stayed here lots, as we often visit family nearby. Staff are always helpful and our stays are always comfortable.
− Air Con would be nice in the intense heat but great that at least a decent fan was ready in the room to use.
