10.0The Alpine Chalets are an excellent accommodation and we couldn't fault it. The rooms are extremely modern, clean, cosy and very warm. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent bathroom and shower. Close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Alpine Chalets. The room was very clean, warm and comfortable, which made a big difference during the winter. The location was perfect for visiting Whakapapa Ski Area and Tongariro National Park. The communication was excellent, and Tia was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated the late check-in arrangements and the clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Best view of the mountains
10.0Great location for a trip up Whakapapa. We stayed in a newly renovated room with a view of the mountain. Lots of space for storage and a kitchenette. The bathroom room was spacious and modern. Great shower. The bed was soooo comfortable. Our host were friendly and helpful. Really good value for money.

7.0The location was beautiful, could see Mt Ruapehu perfectly from the hotel. The staff was lovely, and the hotel is located right next to restaurants and bars.
− I didn't like that the room was a bit outdated, but the hotel is undergoing renovations, so I'm sure it will be updated soon.
