6.0Nice house. Houses are very close together but they did try to make them private. Plumbing issues with the shower and toilet. Staff wasnt the best. Sent multiple messages via whats app, email and expedia about our arrival but got no response. Also booked a tour through them but they didnt didnt give us the guides name which is absolutely necessary, this caused alot of confusion at the meeting area

10.0What a great place to stay. We travelled with 2 adults and our 17 & 15 year old kids and everyone loved it, and were sad when it was tying to go. The only thing I would change is we stayed in the Monteverde house and the trees about the main suite hit the roof all night when it was windy, but not a big deal at all! Highly recommend!!

10.0Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic.
