7.0Es un lugar muy cómodo, el desayuno es rico y variado, y queda en pleno centro de pucón a pasos del supermercado y a metros del terminal de buses, las chicas que atiende son muy atentas, hay frazadas, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado, secador de pelo, insumos de baño, custodia y café y té todo el día.
− Una desventaja es que, el estacionamiento se encuentra sujeto a disponibilidad y está ubicado a la vuelta del hotel. por ende, Si bien el valor es algo elevado considerando que se trata de una habitación simple, en términos generales se encuentra dentro de los precios habituales del sector.

9.0Está en un lugar céntrico donde se puede caminar directo a la avenida principal. Las camas y almohadas cómodas, limpio y acogedor. Muy buen desayuno, tiene opciones saladas y dulces.
− Que el horario de desayuno es acotado si se necesita salir muy temprano.
Muy mala atención con mala ubicación de la habitación

− Tuve una muy mala experiencia, yo reservé la habitación con 2 meses de anticipación, y me asignaron la habitación que estaba al lado de recepción, donde se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban, todo el movimiento del servicio, la puerta sonaba cada vez que alguien entraba por la puerta principal porque hacía corriente de aire. Personas que llegaron el mismo día a preguntar por disponibilidad fueron asignados mejores habitaciones y cuando fui a pedir que me cambiaran la habitación, me dijeron que no tenían nada disponible y que no era posible, luego hice un reclamo por booking y ahí accedieron a cambiarme a otra habitación, la verdad si vas a descansar, no es el lugar porque mucho ruido en todo momento

− La habitación era mucho más pequeña de lo que se apreciaba en las fotos, había pelos en el suelo de la habitación y baño. El relación precio calidad no volveria a ir, no lo justifica.
