8.0Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff are very friendly. Was given an upgraded room. Excellent housekeeping. Updated facilities but Poor wifi signal. Location is not that great cause it’s in an alley and maybe difficult to find if using public bus from train station. Overall, good value for money. Will consider staying again if I revisit Guilin again.

10.0Check in was excellent, receptionist gave you information on the city without you asking, a map was provided and she pointed out all the places to visit. Excellent treatment, room was very comfortable. It was my second time at this hotel and i would definately repeat again

8.0Conveniently located, close to shops, eateries & places of interest. A little out of the way in terms of finding the hotel and would need gps in this regard. Otherwise, v very happy with the friendly service & ease of access to all amenities.
