Convenient spot to explore historic Krakow
10.0This apartment was in the perfect spot to explore Krakow. We were walking distance from everything and around the corner from parking. It took three tries and different messaging for the hotel to explain that parking was at "Parking Wawel." The price listed here on hotels.com for parking was "PLN 80.00 per night," however it's actually 95 if you reserve online, and 120 per night if you just park. Parking was safe and secure, just some miscommunication about the expectations. The apartment is lovely and tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable. If you're planning on using the pull out couch it really is only comfortable enough for one, as the pull out part is much too hard to sleep on. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs because the bells will wake you up in the morning. The hotel has great views of the castle and met our needs.

2.0I made a reservation at the exclusive Royal apt. They sent me to another apartment at half the price without telling me. I understood but I did not accept a different hotel. They said there is no water in the apartment. They should have told me and said either cancel the reservation or refund the money and send you to this hotel. They are outright scammers. I will start legal proceedings. They sent me to a disgraceful place.
