I travel a lot , this place is one of the worst customer service I ever had

− - Asked for just an extra pillow , very simple easy request , was told they don’t have , really so unprofessional, they gave me one next day though - Asked for Checkout at 12 and was told ok and on the day of the check out the receptionist Karla said that she didn’t say that , she was trying to deny something that we both agreed on 2 days ago and asked me to pay an extra 20 euro for leaving at 11.30 - First day also Karla tried to charge me a 66 euro extra for having my wife with me in a double room WATCH OUT THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA MONEY FOR ANYTHING

Wspaniały 3 dniowy wypad. Napewno jeszcze wrócimy
10.0Super lokalizacja. Nie korzystaliśmy z komunikacji miejskiej bo atrakcje były stosunkowo blisko. Bardzo czysto. Sprzatanie pokoju codziennie z wymianą ręczników. Personel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny.
