Hotel gestito da locali e per locali, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, cena compresa con pietanze di buona cucina (tutte le sere si può scegliere tra due piatti proposti al mattino a colazione). Le camere hanno qualche visita a sorpresa di insetti ma essendo un isola tropicale è abbastanza comune. Wi-Fi compreso ma segnale limitato alla hall, in camera purtroppo il segnale non arriva. Piscina al momento della visita chiusa per lavori di manutenzione. Consiglierei al management di indicare meglio l’ubicazione con un bel cartello sulla strada principale perché non è assolutamente indicato e potrebbe creare parecchi problemi a trovarlo per i nuovi arrivati

Excellent point de départ pour l'île aux cocos donc pour y passer une nuit autrement c'est assez loin de tout - les chambres sont basiques sans aucun charme mais suffisamment confortables - le personnel est vraiment agréable et gentil

If you go to this property prepared I is not to bad. It is located by the bed out of the way. The driveway to hotel is quite rough not pooped. The rooms are very dated. There’s no coffee no shampoo or conditioner. Just soap. They keep it as clean as possible for an older building. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast served to us, and the dinners pretty good too. They only take cash no credit cards that was a bit of a surprise I had to find an ATM ASAP lucky we had a rental. If you go into it prepared it’s not too bad.

Oasis Vacances - a base for a great holiday

For those who like 5 star accommodation then Rodrigues is not for you. For those who like an excellent base from which to hire a motorised scooter and explore Rodrigues on its quiet roads, then like me I am confident you will find Oasis Vacances an awesome place to stay. Its owner Marie Claude and staff were exceptional with ensuring I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and dinner, the spacious air conditioned room, and were very helpful with arrangements I wanted to make. "No stress" was the motto of Marie Claude. For those who like 5 star smiles, genuine happy relaxed and honest people, exploring an island 20kms x 8kms on quiet yet good bitumen roads, hilly scenic views, mostly warm and humid conditions, French speaking people most who have just a little English but are very accommodating, and with everything very inexpensive then Rodrigues is a great destination.
