1.0− Wir buchten diese Unterkunft und als wir ankamen, war kein bungalow mehr frei. Anderen erging es genau gleich. Die buchungsbestätigung war auch bei ihnen ersichtlich, sie haben haben sich aber überhaupt nicht drum gekümmert, diese zu stornieren.
