Naturskön upplevelse där man verkligen kan koppla av .
8.0Super mysigt ställe . Lungt och skönt . Mysig natur , precis intill vattnet där bra fiske möjligheter fanns. Ägaren av stugan va super trevlig och man kände sig direkt välkommen. Boendet var bra, med säng på loftet vilket gav en härlig utsikt över skog och en del av vattnet . Fanns alla bekvämligheter i köket så för oss saknades inget .

Extremely disappointing for how expensive it is
3.0- Quiet place with few neighbors around - you can see deers pass by in the surrounding area - the cottage looks quite pretty - AIRCO!
− - the host request 250 sek / 25 eur PER PERSON for linen and towels AND 1000 sek / 100 eur for cleaning 2 DAYS before arrival. Both to be paid in cash at arrival - if you dont want to pay the cleaning fee, there are 4 PAGES of cleaning checklist that is in the apartment for you to do, deep cleaning the polishing the whole place - the cottage is a walk away from "the beach", which is a pier. It is not in front of the water like the picture suggests. Thats another property that the host also owns. The beach is also NOT "private" but shared with neighbors. There is a sign on the pier that you cannot spend more than an hour at the pier as it is shared with others - Hot water runs out every time we shower - furnishing in the cottage feels like they salvaged old things for it. Mismatching mattresses (different types and colors), the couch creaks every time you move, outdoor chairs completely brown from rust - UNSAFE, glass "attached" to table leg with Pritt gum, lawnmower and other tools left out, shed with plugged in power tools left opened and reachable for children. - UNCLEAN, full of dust, clearly relies on previous renters to clean. Oven was dirty, everything has traces of food or dirt on it (bench, table, drawers, etc), couch is covered in white short hair (looks like pet hair) - the ladder is a tripping hazard, each step only has half a step - no curtain for the top half of the glass wall, so every morning we were woken up at 3.30 / 4 AM due to direct sunlight into the bed - no dishwasher, coffee machine LEAKS all over the counter every use - Location: buses to and from there only pass by EVERY 3 HOURS, nothing is nearby for walking. Nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away by bus. Nearest restaurant 40 minutes walking - everything costs at least 25 - 40 eur to rent, for example kayaking for 1 person costs 25e for 1 timeslot (they divide the day into 3 timeslots). Renting a bike is also 20/25 eur

There are various water activities at the property. And you can rent the following equipments; row boat, SUP and kayak, additional charges will apply, that will be charged for every occasion. Please contact the property in advance of your stay to check the availability.
Please note: The house is on a plot with a dock that is shared with several other houses. We therefore ask you to be considerate of other guests and avoid occupying the dock for extended periods.
