6.0It was chaotic The contact person was no longer employed by the rental place. The building number was not correctly indicated . Cleaning fee of 300 pesos was asked after checked out but I refused to pay because it was not indicated during booking. Needs improvement
Micromanaged.
6.0The place had neither terrance nor balcony and we couldnt find the elevator. So many calls from owner. Just not a pleasant experience.
Dirtiest room I have seen!
2.0First, the contact numbers mentioned in their property are all not working, so i had to wait for couple of hours in the area, if I hadn’t asked around I would find the caretaker. Second, the room (i think it was room428) is very dirty, especially the toilets, it was actually the dirtiest toilet I have seen in my life. Third, the lavatory drain is clogged and is not working. Fourth, the bed sheet and pillow cases were dirty as well, i am pretty sure it wasn’t newly washed. Lastly, It is dark and lights aren’t working properly, i had to switch on the bulbs in the room myself. Funny how they charge you 300 pesos for the cleaning fee when there was no cleaning done, the room is so dirty.
