7.0Lovely Sea view from our bedroom. Good parking. Comfortable room. Continental breakfast was adequate, plenty of it. Shame about the dark dining area. On our second day we took our meals to the front and sat in a bay window. Much nicer. Ground floor layout wastes the lovely bright frontage. Helpful staff.
− I had missed the fact that there was a bath but no shower. Problem of access for wife. Noisy workers. Very cheerful but loud conversation, drilling banging was intrusive. Would have appreciated a dressing table. Chairs tucked under the TV not really usable. Bar closed 2000 on our first night. Would have enjoyed a drink when we came back in the evening. Consider an honesty bar?
Report bathroom light not working and nothing was done to rectify this

Very poor hotel, with continental breakfast diy only. Check you have a shower in the shower room
4.0− This hotel is in freefall Mate in room 6 had a shower cubicle with no shower in it. Really needs a lot of work. Worst thing is no breakfast of sorts, switched to help yourself continental Smacks of cost cutting and not in the detail when booked, 3 of us will not return

3.0Location is great
− Not clean! Stains and mould everywhere. No sink in the toilet it’s located in the bedroom however it’s tiny with a shelf above it. Really difficult to use.
Nice location but staff does not care about problems
1.0The property is at nice location
− The bathroom light were not working and the staff did not even bother to get it fixed. They said they cannot do anything and they don’t have any other rooms available. I asked for a portable lamp or some light to use which they said they will arrange. But they did not do arrange that as well. I had to use my phone’s flashlight in the bathroom. The staff could have shown some empathy and could have been a bit helpful in arranging some backup.
Really expensive for not a great experience.
3.0Location is nice , bar area is okay.
− Shower was terrible. No pressure. Rooms are so unclean. Old dust on the lights, mold in the bathroom , breakfast was really poor. Couldn’t even have a cold glass of orange juice !
