6.0Jeg fikk et SÆRDELES dårlig førstegangsinntrykk av dette hotellet; Ved ankomst var ikke noe personell tilgjengelig - hverken i resepsjonen eller andre steder i gjesteområdet. Etter å ha ventet i 15 min ringte jeg til hotellet på oppgitt tlf nummer - jeg måtte forklare vedkommende hvilket hotel jeg ringte til (???) og at det ikke var personale tilstede. Etter ytterligere ca 5 min dukket det opp en mann, som ikke forstod engelsk. Jeg fikk følgelig ingen info vedr WIFI passord, frokostservering eller annen relevant info. Svømmebassenget - som hotellet markedsføres med - var stengt (tømt) 😩😩😩 Jeg ble senere kontaktet av andre ansatte som prøvde å unnskylde situasjonen. Rommet og badet hadde fin størrelse, var godt rengjort og vedlikeholdt 😃😃😃 Rommet var utstyrt med aircondition, TV, kjøleskap 👍👍👍 og WIFI som var enkel å koble seg opp til, men hastigheten var ELENDIG. 😠😠😠 Området er kjent for sine varme (sulfur ?) kilder, men når en går rundt er MANGE hoteller, restauranter, foretninger etc permanent stengt - vistnok pga økonomiske nedgangstider. Det gjør nærområdet lite intressant, selv om hotellet ikke kan lastes for dette. På den positive siden fikk jeg servert en meget god middag; først en meget rikholdig salatbufet, etterfulgt av tagliatelle med sopp, og så forskjellige typer iskrem med Grand Marnier til dessert 😋😋😋 Bufetfrokosten påfølgende dag var også god 👍👍👍 Ved utsjekk ble jeg kompensert 10 Euro for de negative erfaringene 👍

10.0Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Such a little treasure. Beautiful pool area and the breakfast was great w home made cakes and the best cappuccino. The owner did their absolute best to make our stay memorable. Would definately want to come back! Mille Grazie!
