10.0Ambiente pulito, casa confortevole ben attrezzata.. Sono rimasto soddisfatto e la consiglio ..la zona è tranquilla e servita da tutti i mezzi di trasporto ..3 minuti dalla metro..
Cómodo e perto de transportes
9.0O apartamento era confortável e com ar condicionado, muito importante para o calor que esteve (33-34 graus). tinha um supermercado logo ao virar da esquina e o metro também bastante perto. Ficava um pouco distante do centro/baixa da cidade pelo que optámos por adquirir passe TMB (válido para metro e autocarro).
− Faltava um pano da loiça e guardanapos de papel/rolo de cozinha. A sanita da casa de banho da banheira perde água pelo que tive de me levantar algumas vezes de noite para lhe dar um toque e fazer com que deixasse de perder água pois o barulho incomodava. De resto tudo ok

Check-in takes place at BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office, located at Calle Bailen 120, 08009 Barcelona and opens from 11:00 until 23:00, 7 days a week.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform BarcelonaForRent Urban Town Suites in advance. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for check-in from 22:30 until 01:00. Check-in after 01:00 costs EUR 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 02:00.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included.
It works with a system that opens both the entrance door to the building and the apartment through a mobile application. You do not need keys to enter the apartment on the day of entry.
