10.0Merulana is the perfect solution if you are trying to find a good reasonable solution in Rome, in a very nice and safe area, 15 minute walk from the Coliseum, and closer to train stations, and other important spots. Sara was great!

It is not a hotel, but a B&B. Not recommended during the summer due to the air conditioning not working properly
4.0The property is in a very lovely neighborhood and close to termini station. The staff is very nice and attentive
− The air conditioning was not enough to get by. It was extremely hot outside and I understand this is not the property’s fault, however the room was never cool enough no matter how low we set the AC unit. We had to blast our faces with our little portable fans all night and at all moments that we were in the room just to stop sweating, not even to get fresh. The elevator is old (fine, I get that the building is antique) and is very difficult to fit with your luggage. It is a little over 2 feet of width. The beds were not very comfortable.

− No recomiendo en absoluto. Mi reserva de 6 días fue plata tirada a la basura. Aires acondicionados SIN funcionamiento en plena ola de calor de julio. Pedí aunque sea un ventilador, ni siquiera fue capaz de traerlo y menos de devolvernos la plata o arreglar el aire acondicionado. Decía que traía productos de aseo y tampoco los hubo. Había pedido desayuno sin gluten ya que soy celíaca y mi reserva incluía el desayuno, tampoco se cumplió esto. El dueño Pietro no dio la cara ni fue capaz de resolver NINGUNO de los inconvenientes. Un DESASTRE LA ESTADÍA ACÁ.
