The pillows and comforter had bad smell, need to clean

− We couldn’t sleep well because There’s bad smell from both of the pillows and comforter. The mattress was also too soft for us.

− They charged me 40 euro too much on my credit card. They told me they only took a deposit, but they took the money. Also all kinds of noice in the rooms of the refrigerator (they can’t turn them off) and the central airco system.

10.0Excellent property! Friendly welcoming staff at reception, in the dining and bar area and the cleaning staff. We loved our stay here. Spacious rooms and great parking. The breakfast here was outstanding! We also loved the shared lounge spaces!
