− Le vieillissement de certains équipements : l'ascenseur (insécurité), le mobilier (chaises, stores), la cuisine (cafetière, mixer, plats, ...).
Agradável, relaxante.
8.0Adoramos a localização. Bajamar oferece de facto um clima muito local, as pessoas são simpáticas, e a casa está situada num ponto excelente: em frente ao mar, possível de ouvir as ondas na varanda, super relaxante, mas também em frente do Minimercado, o que foi excelente para podermos tomar pequenos-almoços e jantar em casa, relaxados. Além disso, Bajamar está na zona que passou a ser a nossa preferida da ilha, perto de Anaga e não longe da Capital. A comunicação com os anfitriões fui sempre super fácil
− Existem pequenas coisas a melhorar, mas que não são de todas impeditivas da estadia. Sendo nós portugueses e italianos de visita, foi pena as cafeteiras que existem não funcionarem na placa de indução. A qualidade do colchão das camas é suficiente, e não impedem o sono, mas poderiam sofrer um upgrade. No geral é uma casa muito agradável.

8.0Tolle Lage, wenige Gehminuten zum Ortskern mit Restaurants, Promenade, Strand. Wenige Gehminuten zum Surfspot Playa del Arenal. Direkt gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt (etwas teuer, aber auf die Schnelle sehr hilfreich. Zu größeren Supermärkten in Tejina waren es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Loggia mit Blick aufs Meer - traumhaft.
− Etwas wenig Geschirr. Wir waren zu zweit und es gab bspw. nur 3 Tassen. Für uns hat es gereicht, aber das Apartment ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt, das wäre dann zu wenig. Für die Waschmaschine war kein Waschmittel vorhanden, sodass wir für einen einizigen Waschgang eine neue Packung kaufen mussten. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war der Horror. Extrem weich, sodass selbst ich (56kg) bis auf die Unterlage durchgelegen (Gefühl, als würde man in einer Hängematte liegen) und jeden Morgen mit Schmerzen im Körper aufgewacht bin. Wir haben die Unterkunft angeschrieben, leider wurde keine Lösung angeboten.
