9.0Logement spacieux, propre, bien équipé, calme. Parking sécurisé. Denrées d'accueil très sympa. A 10 mn de l'arrêt de bus permettant de rallier le CBD de Perth (40 mn).

Peremees oli tore, tuli vastu meie soovile väga varakult sisse registreerida. Voodi oli mugav. Külmkapis oli palju erinevaid jooke - vein, vesi, karastusjoogid, piim. Snäkid ja küpsised samuti.

It was a great stay for our family of 5. The host’s hospitality was amazing and had always been reachable for our needs.
9.0Suitable for family stay as the house is very well equipped with necessary amenities. Safe and quiet area. Conveniently located near to F&B outlets and supermarket.

10.0I had the pleasure of staying at Lake Estate in December, and it exceeded all my expectations!. The location was perfect, it is just 15-20 mins drive to the City centre. Steve was incredibly nice and friendly. He waited for us to hand over the keys and prepared snacks for us.❤️ I can’t think of a single flaw during my stay. I highly recommend Lake Estate to family especially looking for accommodation in Perth. We will definitely return here in the future.
