Sobretodo la ubicación, y destacar también la predisposición de Beatriz a que estuviesemos bien y comodos en el apartamento. Además, añadiria la comodidad de la cama extra grande, que cuando estas muchas horas andando por la ciudad se agradece poder descansar comodamente

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 — Perfect Stay in Rome! We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at Ascanio Twenty Six in Rome. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The location was fantastic — close to so many of Rome’s beautiful attractions, restaurants, and charming streets, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt fresh and well cared for, and it was the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. What really stood out was the hospitality. The service was warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell the people running this place genuinely care about their guests and want them to have a great experience. For our two nights in Rome, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Ascanio Twenty Six to anyone visiting Rome. 🇮🇹 10 stars if I could give them!

This property was in a great location - just a short walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Great restaurants just steps from your door.

− We were there for our entire 9 days without WiFi. Beatrice was very apologetic about the situation but said it was out of her control as she called many times for the company to come to repair it and each time, no one showed up. I was also disappointed in the shower. The photos shown on booking.com of Ascanio 26 show two different showers but unfortunately not the one that we got. I purposely look for a shower that is somewhat a normal size for a big American. I found that to be very deceiving.

Appartamento situato in una posizione centrale , pulito e confortevole. Rispecchia esattamente le foto. Letto e cuscini molto comodi ( non scontato ). Accoglienza e disponibilità della proprietà.

Excellent location and apartment, but disappointing security and check-in experience.

The apartment itself is spacious, clean and in an excellent location. Most of Rome’s main attractions are within a 5-minute walk, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. The hosts were also kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage in the apartment for two hours after check-out, which we appreciated.

− The biggest concern was the check-in process. We were asked to provide our passports/ID documents, which were photographed using what appeared to be a personal mobile phone. We were also asked to provide our credit card as a damage guarantee, and both the front and back of the card, including the CVC security code, were photographed. While we understand that a damage deposit may be required, we did not expect our complete card details, including the CVC, to be photographed and stored in this way. As a result, I felt it was necessary to cancel my credit card immediately after check-in for security reasons. This was not the kind of experience we expected when staying at a Booking.com property. The property is advertised as offering breakfast, but in reality it provides a few basic groceries (toast bread, butter, jam, juice, eggs and coffee). There are no fresh breakfast items such as cheese, cold cuts, or similar. This should be described more accurately so that guests know what to expect. We also had concerns regarding security. Only one access card was provided for three guests, making it impossible for family members to leave separately. In addition, we were informed that the apartment door could also be opened using a code, but this code was never shared with us. This naturally raised questions about who else might have access to the apartment while we were away or even during the night. From the beginning, the communication focused heavily on rules and responsibilities rather than making guests feel welcome. Inside the apartment there was a list of instructions, including reminders to clean the kitchen before check-out. While we fully respect reasonable house rules, the overall tone felt more focused on obligations and potential problems than on hospitality.
