8.0The location of hotel was great. We got in early and we were greeted with smiles and understanding by Courtney at the front desk and we were able to get in a room.
It met our needs for the short stay.
7.0The location wasn’t too bad. It was within short driving distance to downtown. We could have walked but the time of year we went it was too hot. Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly.
− There was always a big humming noise that I would hear, mostly when I was trying to sleep. Not sure it was the room we were in and if it was the HVAC unit but it was rather loud. Beds were super soft, too soft for my liking but I know you can’t appease everyone.
Tough stay, no management follow-up.
4.0Went for 5 days/4 night destination wedding. Upon check in I was notified that they only serviced the room every other day. On the other day, after using my bath towel three times already, I went to the front desk to ensure my room was going to be serviced that day. Front desk confirmed. I returned after dinner and found my room not serviced. I got clean towels but that's all. I used the Marriott app to chat with the hotel, but received no response. I emailed the GM (Amanda Bullen) the situation and she replied she would get this resolved in the morning and provide some type of compensation as well. Next day the room was cleaned, but the bath towels were not replaced (ugh). Emailed GM again, and never heard back from her again. Very disappointing to say the least. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very good, with excellent employees working, which is why I'll give it a second star.

3.0− Their were several erroneous charges to my pre-paid room to the tune of ~150.00 and they have been completely unresponsive to my phone calls and voicemail messages to try to resolve the issue
