− We are unable to check in until 2 hours later. Lower level suite is allocated to us. At the breakfast, we waited for 20 minutes to get our coffee and food. The waitress who served us did not care about our complaint. She said she is too busy. Very bad customer service. Rooftop bar is open to outsiders, guests have no priority . I am not going back next time

10.0If you run a hotel like The Shanghai Edition you want a Front of the House like Chris. He does not tare care, he truly looks after you. I will most certainly return, as the house is perfectly located, the venue is in a mint condition, food is great and the service is outstanding. If the the rooftop bar of the hotel will join this spirit one day, even better.
