Beautiful View
9.0Stunning view. Very comfortable corner suite in lounge. The whole apartment flowed well. Good for money.
− Fridge needs updating.
We enjoyed our 3 days in Appledore , but we will not book this property again.
4.0Bed linen and towels were clean & fresh
− All the work surfaces in kitchen were damaged. Peeling paintwork around window above the sink in kitchen. Dog excrement left on the garden lawn. No dishcloth or brush to wash up with. Damaged tray in the door of the fridge. Weeds all over the paved area around the back door. A screw/bolt used as a handle for the door in the toilet. All this created the impression of disinterest in the guests enjoyment. In addition the description when booking suggested there were estuary views. A photograph that was used bolstered this. The ground floor apartment that we were allocated did not have them.

8.0location was perfect. easy 10 mins walk into town or a straightforward drive.
− we stayed during the recent heatwave, no fans in the property. wet room flooded easily after taking a shower, no mop available. We also couldn't find a dish cloth or scourer and the water temperature at the kitchen sink never seemed to get very hot.

8.0The view from the balcony was great. Nice big lounge upstairs. Good to be able to park outside.
− Not really a ‘didn’t like’ but was a little further from town than we expected - we were able to walk in.
