Cosy apartment for families
9.0Host has left a decent whole grain loaf and quality biscuits for us, which was a good surprise. The department is clean, warm and cosy with plenty of towels, blankets and travel cot and safe gates for our toddler.
− Chalk in the kettle. I think it would be beneficial to install a water softener.

Brilliant location with everything you need and more.
10.0Quiet location, wonderful and comfy beds. Very well kitted out house with added extras. Hosts went extra mile during power cut to check we were OK. Lovely stay would recommend.

Comfortable accommodation but not suitable for tinies or oldies.
7.0The property was comfortable and well equipped.
− We hadn’t appreciated before arrival that the accommodation was on the first and second floors of the property. The stairs were steep and narrow especially those to the second floor which housed 2 of the bedrooms. The entrance was not well lit when we returned late on the 3 evenings of our stay. Bring a torch - there is a step and there was scaffolding up during our stay!

10.0The property was gorgeous. Very spacious and clean, and well equipped with kitchen appliances for home cooking. Would definitely stay again.

Small/medium sized dogs are welcome at Lower Beeches upon request and for an additional charge of GBP 20 per stay. Upper Beeches is not suitable for pets.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
