Simple apartment in a great location. Walk to the beach and see the whales from the porch.

5.0The best thing was the short walk to La Poza beach and lagoon--one of the most beautiful beaches we saw in all Baja Sur. The lagoon is full of exotic birds. It sits next to the Hotel La Poza where we shoudl have stayed. It was nice to have a kitchenette.
− Our big issue was the room and grounds were not clean. Our room was grimy to the point that dirty dishes were stacked and put away. The shower was like an ad for toe fungus. The pool looked almost derelict like you could find William Holden floating face down (Sunset Boulevard--great movie. Look it up.) The grounds were strewn with trash.

Do not recommend this casita
2.0The only good thing about this property was the location to where my family lives. Other than that I have nothing else positive to say.
− Where do I even begin. Firstly, the host, Janet, was not even at the property to check us in when we had told her ahead of time. We had to have a contractor call her to come and check us in which took about 20 minutes.The amenities, room, cleanliness were beyond poor. We had to go out of our way to ask for toilet paper and clean water which is critical when staying in Mexico. We were only given old beach towels to use in the bathroom that smelled of mildew and were stained from previous users. There was some sort of animal droppings around the casita that I myself cleaned up… The sheets were definitely not cleaned previous to our stay as i found multiple hairs (blonde and red hairs) on the pillows before I had even slept in the bed. The cleanliness of this casita was horrible and I don’t recommend anyone to stay here unless they are in a pinch and it is only for one night. Lastly, the pool area was not even finished there were construction workers for majority of the week we stayed there so we could not use the facilities.

4.0Lage der Anlage gut, aber schlecht zu finden und über scher schlechte Erdstrasse erreichbar. Zimmer war in Ordnung, Hauptlampe ging nicht, Tischlampe hatte keine Glühbirne. Garten und Pool machten einen ungepflegten und vernachlässigten Eindruck. Preis-Leistung sehr schlecht, zusammen gefasst nicht empfehlenswert.
− Anlage hätte eine bessere Pflege verdient.
