7.0Location was great, very easy to find and very friendly staff.
− Was a little dusty around the lamp and the heater provided could have Room was very very small, but it was the budget option.

10.0The room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Nice shower to. Also the spa was just what we needed after a long day on the sports field.
− Carpark is very hard to navigate with a large vehicle.

10.0The price, this is the second time we have used the big room. We are a sports team and it's hard to find a place to accomadate us all. In one place.
− The walk to the toilets. The big room is shared toilets.

4.0Nothing much stood out as a group of adults without kids.
− The biggest negative was the lack of heating. Our stay was the middle of winter and the unit was freezing. The only heat source was one of those infrared directional patio type heaters which work well if you're sat right in front of it but they don't heat the air. Bathroom and bedrooms very cold. Very basic and tired but it did the job.
