Great place for the family!
9.0Location is great, 5 min walk to Paddington station, the area is quiet at night. The staff were great and supportive 24/7. We stayed in 601 which was on the ground floor , area was fairly spacious (in London standards) Toilets had bidets .. which adds another value to the place 👌🏻
− Probably will need more vigilant cleaning (below sofas for example)

2.0Location was great. It was close to two metro stations. We had a kitchen, although dishwasher was not in good condition, having a kitchen was good
− It was dirty. When we get into room, we dropped something to ground and when we picked up it was full of little hair. Matress was also full of hair. I think someone shaved in the living room. We got vacuum, and tried to clean the room. We requested a cot. It came without bedding and mattress. We asked for them, we got mattress.. We kept asking for bedding, and got it in day 3. We asked for a highchair for the baby, we couldn't get it.
