10.0Our stay was really great. The room was larger than expected and the bathroom was very nice and recently updated. The only let down was the buck and ear pub on the main floor was closed indefinitely. Aside from that it was great. Great location and great people.

8.0The hotel is a bare bones place. Not fancy and showing its age. It is clean and the area is quiet. It is much cheaper than most Richmond accommodations. If there's one complaint it's that the room didn't have a fridge or microwave. I didn't check and that’s on me. The bar/restaurant is closed permanently. I don't know if something else will replace it. There is a cafe for breakfast but I didn't eat there. Steveston village is very nice. There's lots of places to walk around and eat during the day. If you want to go to the main part of Richmond I recommend using public transit as driving around Richmond is an exercise in extreme patience. There are buses within a short walk of the hotel. Overall I think this is a nice place for basic lodging. I'd stay here again if needing a place in Richmond.

10.0We stay at the Steveston Hotel everytime we visit. The staff is incredibly helpful. The rooms are getting somecwear and tear, and it would be great to see some updating. For example, the bed is a bit lumpy, the pillows are too soft, the miniblinds are broken, removed and never replaced, the curtains are from the 1980s. Parking is free and plentiful, but I was sad to see the Ear and Buck permanently closed.

8.0The hotel was well situated on the quiet side of town. Very walkable to many great eats. Parking was great. It's a shame that the pub is closed downstairs.

4.0This “historic” hotel had a steep staircase leading to a small room with a view of the rooftop. I had a poor sleep due to sagging mattress. However, the staff were able and provided assistance with the wifi and the neighbour was very pleasant to explore.
