2.0La posizione della struttura è sicuramente il suo punto di forza: comoda e ben collegata.
− Purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata fortemente compromessa dalle condizioni igieniche della camera. Durante il soggiorno non sono state nemmeno sostituite le tovaglie, e la pulizia generale è risultata decisamente insufficiente. Le docce erano ricoperte da evidenti incrostazioni di calcare e sporco accumulato, con soffioni in condizioni che ritengo inaccettabili per una struttura ricettiva. Anche la bocchetta dell’aria condizionata presentava un evidente accumulo di polvere e sporcizia, indice di una manutenzione carente. Inoltre, le pareti della camera erano macchiate da sostanze non identificabili, dando una sensazione generale di trascuratezza e degrado. Un altro aspetto negativo è stato il rumore: il personale, pur essendo molto cortese, comunicava spesso gridando da un piano all’altro per coordinare le pulizie, rendendo difficile riposare nelle ore del mattino.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
