Apartament duży i przestronny, ale lata świetności ma za sobą. Bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe w garażu super sprawa. Super sprawa, że apartament ma dostęp do basenu.
− Bardzo strome i dość niebezpieczne schody, klopotliwe w przemieszczaniu, klimatyzacja która nie dawała rady przy mega upale, brak wentylacji w łazience i w apartamencie. W upala jak w termosie..Czystość w łazience.
