Very distasteful business practice. Especially when it was a busy time and I know our room was given away
1.0Location had its perks
− I made a mistake (easily done) by double booking. A room. Exact same room for same dates. Booking.com asked them to verify that it was a double booking so that I could get our money back. They refused I’m sure you can understand this was very upsetting. Especially when paying over $800/ night. Would not even entertain the idea I am a business owner. Such poor practice. I travel a lot and so does my family Will not be booking through booking.com or Hyatt again!!
Enjoyed the beautiful facility. Liked being the in the downtown area. Note noise comment above.

− Sound late at night (11 pm) from the social area (bar) was evident in our room. Particularly disturbing to my wife who is a light sleeper.
