המקום מרשים ביופיו ובמיקום מצוין אבל הדברים הקטנים פגעו משמעותית בחוויה
7.0היינו 4 ימים משפחה של 8 אנשים. הוילה וואוו: הכל מבריק מניקיון, יש מגבות, מברשות שיניים, נעלי בית, שמפואים, העיצוב מרשים ומודרני. הבריכה נראית טוב ומפקנת, המזגנים מעולים, המטבח מאובזר ומצויד, המיקום מעולה וזה באמת 2 דק' הליכה מהחוץ הקרוב ומאוד קרוב (ברכב) לסופר גדול וזול, לבית מרקחת וכדומה.
− א. המיקום שהם נותנים ממש לא נכון באף אפליקציית ניווט! ב. אין מענה טלפוני/מייל/וואצאפ מעבר לשעות הפעילות. זה קריטי. הגענו קצת אחרי שעות הפעילות (ב-7 בערב) והסתבכנו למצוא את המקום שלוש שעות!! ג. הניקוז במקלחות על הפנים, כל פעם שמתקלחים כל החדר מתמלא במים וזה נשאר המון שעות. מבאס אחרי זה להיכנס לצחצח שיניים או לשירותים ואין מגב. ביקשנו מגב אמרו שאין יש רק סמרטוט והיה מבאס לסחוט אותו מיליון פעם אחרי כל מקלחת. ד. פרטיות: הוילונות בקומה התחתונה לא תקינים ובגלל שיש המון חלונות התחושה שאין פרטיות ובנוסף המיקום ביחס לשכנים קצת פחות מוצלח - אם אחד השכנים במרפסת העליונה הוא משקיף ישירות ומאוד מקרוב על הבריכה שלנו
