Very good base to explore North Berwick and surrounding area.
8.0Location was very good, although new parking regulations require some consideration before deciding where to park. Lots of games, dvds, and books which are handy if the weather is poor. Excellent views from front windows.
− WiFi was inconsistent as it went off at night coming back on about 07.00. Beds were very soft, no modern sockets with usb charging,
Good location, warm apartment but requires a considerable upgrade to justify the price.
5.0Location was good, right next to the beach. Spacious warm flat.
− Fire door in the kitchen is a hazard as you can't keep it open enough to get through it to get to the dining area in the living room, without difficulty. Bed in main bedroom needs replacing. Uncomfortable with lumpy mattress and ill fitting topper . Shower ran like a tap rather than a shower. Bathroom really needs updating. Some sort of blinds on the front facing ground floor rooms as property is on ground level with lots of people walking past on the pavement directly at the front of the property. Boiler in the second bedroom isn't really something that is now acceptable. Maybe needs relocating. Light timer in the communal close requires adjusting to prevent the sudden darkness as you are coming into the close.

10.0Perfect for a family trip to North Berwick. Property had all you need and lots of space! Very comfortable and homely feel. Location is ideal and the views were just gorgeous! The staff dealing with check in were so helpful and clear on the instructions. I really felt that they couldn’t do enough to ensure that the stay was pleasurable!
