− The view......unfortunately the alley just off the balcony is quite rough with homelessness and late night activities happening at all minutes of the day.

9.0− Tive dificuldades para pegar a chaves, pois estavam em outro local não informado no Booking. A proprietária enviou email com as informações apenas 2 dias antes da chegada. Ao fazer a reserva, o Booking informou outro endereço. Chequei 10 horas da noite e tive de pegar uber para ir para o local correto e ainda pegar as chaves em outro local. Paguei 13 diárias e o preço muito caro. Teve manutenção na caixa d;água e ficamos 3 dias sem poder usar água, no período de 8 às 16 horas. Solicitei a proprietária um abatimento no valor pago, mas ela não concedeu. A garagem muito apertada e não há espaço para o motorista sair do carro. Então não conte com garagem, embora tenha esse espaço.

10.0Location, space, storage, appliances (steamer, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine + pods!). Genuinely couldn't have asked for a better home from home. Lots of spare bedding/ towels.

Convenient cosy apartment in the heart of the downtown action.
8.0The property is conveniently located, the parking was great- spot was right by elevator access, communications with management company was prompt and helpful, there were plenty of supplies provided.
− If you are not used to downtown living you might find it a bit exposed to neighbouring office building ( not like a residential area) and you may need earplugs for the traffic and nightlife. But the convenience of having an apartment and parking right downtown was important for our needs and we appreciated the amenities.
