− It’s in a No car zone, so difficult to access. First floor, steep stairs. There were no sponge, nor detergent.

10.0L’appartamento è spazioso, curato nei dettagli e molto pulito, con tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a casa. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi da Campo de’ Fiori e vicinissima a Piazza Navona, il Pantheon e Trastevere. Nonostante la centralità, la casa è silenziosa e tranquilla. L'host è stata davvero disponibile e gentile, pronai a rispondere a ogni richiesta e a darci ottimi suggerimenti su dove mangiare e cosa visitare. È stata un’esperienza splendida e non vediamo l’ora di tornare.
It felt like living in an authentic part of Rome, like the Romans do.
8.0The apartment was located in a great part of town, with easy access to bus, metro and main touristic locations. There is a grocery store and great restaurants located a very short distance and the area was quiet at night. The building and the place have a lot of character.
− The payment was a bit complicated. The owner needs to explain further in advance before arrival how they want the rent to be settled. We had to deal with last minute issues that ate in our visiting time. That said, the owner was very friendly and warm, and meant to please as much as possible.

10.0Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento perché ero di passaggio qui a Roma e, nonostante il poco preavviso, Giulia è stata estremamente disponibile. Gentilezza e cordialità sicuramente la contraddistinguono ed è stato tutto molto semplice. L'appartamento è davvero bello ed accogliente. Super pulito. Il condizionatore mi ha salvato dal caldo afoso che sta facendo in questo periodo a Roma. Ottima la posizione vicino ad ogni necessità. Ristoranti, bar, supermercati ed anche luoghi di interesse culturale. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo. Tornerò volentieri. Grazie ancora a Giulia.
