While the location was great, the noisy and worn-down facilities combined with poor customer service
4.0The location was excellent. Close to many main attractions. Within walking distance of many top attractions.
− What I didn't like was that the bathroom was not well-maintained. The toilet flush was very noisy, and the doors creaked every time they were opened or closed, which kept waking up our friend who was sleeping in the living room. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. Furthermore, prior to our arrival, we had agreed on a tax exemption due to my diplomatic status. However, upon payment, they refused to process it and claimed I had to resolve the matter directly with Booking.com. I am still waiting for this issue to be settled. Communication with the hotel reception was indifferent, and they showed no interest in helping resolve the issue. Finally, I found the check-in time to be quite late.

10.0Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Zu Fuß ist sowohl die South Station, als auch Downtown perfekt erreichbar.
− Kleine Details fehlen leider in der Unterkunft: Salz, Pfeffer, eine zweite Seife…
Decent place to stay
7.0The room was good, bigger than I expected with a kitchenette (that we did not us). Good bed, always important. Good to have a 24/7 concierge in the building to answer questions.
− The hallways are getting a bit tired and you can see the facility is being used. Still okay.
