1.0Sono riuscita a evitare una broncopolmonite, ma certo non grazie a questa struttura. 🤔
− Arrivare e trovare i “pinguini che ballano il tip tap” in camera non è esattamente una bella esperienza. Inoltre, il bagno, in particolare la doccia, presentava incrostazioni tali da far sorgere più di una preoccupazione sotto il profilo igienico — e preferisco non aggiungere altro. Non aspettatevi un riscaldamento funzionante: semplicemente non va. È presente un condizionatore che, al mio arrivo, non funzionava. Il gestore ha inizialmente sostenuto che poche ore prima in stanza ci fossero 30 gradi, per poi arrivare addirittura a ipotizzare che fosse stato l’ospite precedente a danneggiarlo. In un primo momento ha anche tentato di attribuirmi la responsabilità del guasto. Solo successivamente il condizionatore ha ripreso a funzionare, permettendomi almeno di concludere il soggiorno senza ulteriori disagi. Nel complesso, un’esperienza decisamente negativa, che non mi sento di consigliare. Se potete, scegliete altro. A rendere il tutto ancora più spiacevole, ho poi scoperto di essere stata segnalata su Booking.com da questo individuo (Vabbè, forse è eccessivo chiamarlo individuo… diciamo piuttosto un personaggio... per restare educata!) Quando si dice: ai confini della lealtà. 🤷♀️
