− Room was unclean Air-conditioning was filthy we had to clean it to work better, appliances not supplied as booking.com site stated , dirty used slippers supplied, pool area had dangerous broken sections with exposed screws to cut feet

Nice two nights in Davao Avida Condos
9.0It was a nice experience at a very reasonable price. The washing and ironing facilities were excellent. When you're on holiday, it's a big bonus not to have to take back home a lot of dirty laundry.
− It was a little on the small side for two adults, but as we only stayed two nights, it was fine and we have no complaints.
