10.0This was a great hotel in the middle of down town. It was close to everything and had a great staff that went out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. I would definitely stay hear again.

10.0Very clean rooms and building, good amenities, and mostly, very friendly, helpful, courteous staff.
Untrustworthy, rude manager.
2.0I PAID and reserved 2 weeks in advance for this hotel. When I arrived they said I had to go to another hotel for 1 day as they where full (and I should pay) Even though I showed them my PAID and GUARANTEED confirmation. I still had to leave. When I returned on the 3rd day , They kicked me out even though I had paid in full 14 days in advance.
